The chalets were large, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The hotel spa had great mountain views, which would be even more impressive in the winter.- The location of the hotel was key, offering a relaxing mountain retreat.
In the morning, there was a long wait for hot water for showers. The hotel lacked an electric utility vehicle to assist older guests with transportation.

The rooms were lovely. The main building is very comfortable with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful - including the chef. This is truly a wonderful resort.
The prices for the weekend are very high (more than double - and probably not worth it) compared to the prices for weekdays, which are well worth the money you pay.

Excellent Facilities Top Mountain View
Too expensive for the services they provide It is unacceptable for a 200€/night room to have mould in the bathtub

This hotel is a luxurious winter getaway with exclusive amenities and excellent service. the staff fulfilled our every need and the room advantages were extraordinary. In-room breakfast was a delightful touch and the bar/lounge area was cozy. the garden area provided stunning views and private facilities were exceptional. Location advantages included the proximity to Doxa lake and other picturesque villages.
It was heated but should have been warmer.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy winter atmosphere and the well-equipped spa facilities. the resort's location amidst the beautiful mountains added to the charm of my experience. the large and comfortable rooms were a definite plus, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The prices at the resort were quite high, making it a bit expensive for my taste. I was disappointed that coffee was not included in the breakfast menu, and the price charged for a cup was exorbitant.
